Adrian Tan is a Finance professional leading complex, multinational organisations in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Thailand. With over a decade of CFO experience, he works with staff, management, and stakeholders to provide reliable financial data and insights to guide various businesses to success and to strengthen governance, financial discipline, and organisational resilience in both high‑growth and highly regulated environments. He has overseen teams of up to 50 professionals across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR, ITS, External and Internal Audit, consistently elevating capability, transparency, and performance.

Adrian is FCPA and holds dual degrees in Engineering (Honours) and Commerce (Accounting) from The Australian National University.
