Assistant Manager – Operations and Compliance

Family Day Care Queensland is seeking an organised and proactive Assistant Manager – Operations and Compliance to join our Enhance team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Murarrie, Brisbane. This position supports the smooth day-to-day running of services across Family Day Care and In Home Care, with a strong focus on operations, compliance, workforce coordination and continuous improvement.
In this varied role, you’ll help coordinate staffing, scheduling and administration, support compliance systems including Blue Card, CCS and centralised payments, manage key platforms, contribute to recruitment and educator engagement, and take part in an on-call roster for urgent operational, compliance and safeguarding matters.
We’re looking for someone with 3–5+ years’ experience in operations, compliance or senior administration, along with strong communication, time management and organisational skills. Experience in Family Day Care, In Home Care or community services will be highly regarded.
