Leadership Training Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced early childhood professional to lead the implementation of our Leadership and Management Project (LAMP). This role focuses on building leadership capability within the home-based early childhood education and care sector through the development of an online Leadership Hub, the delivery of training programs, and the facilitation of communities of practice. You’ll curate resources, moderate discussions, and collaborate with e-learning designers to refresh and repackage training content.

As the Leadership Training Coordinator, you’ll promote and deliver online and blended training, support regional workshops, and contribute to sector-wide initiatives. This position requires strong digital skills, confidence in facilitating learning, and a passion for empowering educators.
